Eternal Hold

I love how, when I'm sitting on hold for what seems like days, the recording tells me "Your call is very important to us." Umm, obviously it's not, since the wait time caused me to hang up.

Did they give you an estimated wait time? It always cracks me up when they do that.

Also, was there music? Sometimes, music can really ease the wait... othertimes, it'll be so bad I'll hang up immediately.

No estimated wait time, and no music. This company really, really values its customers. And of course, once I actually did manage to reach a live person, they were absolutely no help whatsoever. Not that I was very surprised.
