Suggestions Needed

I have a slight peanut allergy which flares up now and then. And it is flaring up now. What can I bring for lunch that does not need to be refrigerated and does not involve peanuts?

Yogurt stays fresh until lunchtime without refrigeration. So will a cheese sandwich, pita and chumus, sliced carrots and celery, orzo salad, and rice with lentils.

Funny, I was going to say EXACTLY what Lori said! Add some fruit, and crackers with soft cheese.

MealMart has a whole line of meat, dairy, and parve meals in a box, that dont need refrigeration, just microwave a few minutes and you have a hot nourishing meal..
