For pointing out the current news from Alabama. I'm always quick to point out Alabama's strong points, such as nice people, good weather, and safe neighborhoods (I grew up in a home where our door was never locked). I also like to point out that the education I received was exceptionally strong, though admittedly, I did participate in an advanced program. And my high school played in the state championship my junior and senior years - seems you can have it all :)
