Abstinence Education
Interesting article about abstinence education and whether it's actually effective or not. Interestingly, in the state where the most money is spent on it, there has been very little proven changes in the sexual behavior of teenagers. Check out the article.

In most of the schools I know, health class is basically a joke. The only way kids are going to be stopped from being sexually active is if they're convinced that a) it would be detrimental to their health, or b) they're morally against it.
